Karen and Lesley

We are sisters and Karen who is pictured on the left is a qualified health practitioner in which she studied reflexology, aromatherapy, indian head massage, nutrition and many other exciting therapies that can naturally heal. She is a great person to have on hand. I am more into writing (especially children's stories) drama and crafts although both Karen and I love cooking wholesome recipes.

We both love exercise (which I must admit we do at home) although Karen is more commited than I am sometimes. Bike riding is another favourite and walking. We both prefer the theatre rather than the movies.
